Why Choose an Oral & Facial Surgeon?

Oral and facial surgeons are the only dental specialists formally trained in both medicine and surgery of the face, jaws, and oral structures. Following dental school, oral and facial surgeons complete 4 additional years of hospital-based residency training, often alongside physicians in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and general surgery.
This rigorous medical-surgical background allows us to manage complex cases with confidence — from wisdom tooth removal and dental implants to facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, and full-arch reconstruction — always with patient safety and precision as our highest priorities.

A Team Approach to Your Care

We’re proud to partner closely with general dentists and specialists throughout the region. Most patients are referred to us by their dentist when a procedure requires deeper anesthesia, surgical expertise, or advanced imaging and planning.
This collaboration ensures continuity of care: your dentist focuses on restorative excellence, while our surgeons handle the surgical foundation that supports it. Together, we achieve predictable, long-term results.

Your Comfort and Care

Your comfort is our top priority. For all procedures, we offer multiple anesthesia options for your comfort. Afterward, our team provides detailed post-operative guidance to ensure a smooth recovery!

Local anesthesia

Local anesthesia numbs only the area being treated, so you remain fully awake and aware throughout the procedure. Most patients experience only mild pressure without pain.

Nitrous Oxide

Also known as laughing gas, this inhaled gas relieves anxiety and helps you feel more relaxed. You remain awake and responsive, and the effects wear off quickly once discontinued.

Sedation

IV sedation, also known as deep sedation, is the best option for patients who want to be deeply relaxed and comfortable.
